Junior Engineer

This role will suit a Junior or Graduate Engineer that has a bachelor’s degree in engineering with an interest in the agricultural industry. ---Requirements--- Technical/Functional Knowledge – Ability to use Solid works and understanding in Large Assembly management techniques is advantageous. Experience with nesting software (beneficial but not critical). Teamwork – Fosters effective teamwork where people work together to achieve common goals. Communication/ Influence – Demonstrates the ability to communicate ideas and results in a clear and concise manner. A strong team player that is capable of working with others. Initiative – Demonstrates initiative and innovation in approach to work, ability to develop new methods and approaches.
